“We are one of many lucky people who met Joe as a friend and then became clients. We came to the Valley from Carpinteria looking to buy our dream property. Joe spent many hours driving us around showing us property, knowing what we could afford.  He showed us this vacant 10 acre parcel and we were very excited.
